A SMALL-TOWN BOY. A WORLD OF POSSIBILITY.

The journey.

From Siliguri to Bangalore to America. Choosing uncertainty over regret, and building opportunities along the way.

WHERE IT BEGAN

Big dreams.
An open road.

Ranjay grew up in Siliguri with big dreams and a willingness to face the unknown. Even as a child, he saw a new challenge as an invitation.

Coming from a business family, he understood the value of building something. But he wanted to find his own way—even when that meant taking the harder road.

One conviction has always guided him: he would rather try and learn than spend his life wondering, “What if?” If the best time to do the right thing was yesterday, the next opportunity is today.

BANGALORE → AMERICA

A new beginning.
A place to earn.

That belief took him to Bangalore. Through determination, hard work, and the relationships he built along the way, an opportunity opened to move to the United States.

Starting again as an immigrant wasn’t easy. There were rooms where he felt he had to work harder to prove he belonged, especially alongside people whose starting points were very different from his own. He learned to earn trust, keep showing up, and let his work speak.

Giving up has never been in his nature.

HIS MOTTO / कोई बात नहीं
“Koi baat nahin.
The setback is part of my story; it doesn’t get to write the ending.”

— Ranjay Sarda

Life won’t always follow the plan. A door closes. An opportunity falls through. You find yourself starting again.

His response is simple: “Koi baat nahin.” Take the lesson, gather yourself, and keep moving. There is still so much worth trying.

Ranjay is proud of how far the team has come. But he still carries the spirit of that small-town boy, ready for the next challenge.

The journey has
only just begun.
